Your linen will be collected on the same day each week (or fortnight),
and you will be charged the same price each service.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
Linen Subscription services will be collected and delivered on the same day/s each week or fortnight.
When agreeing to a subscription service, you must provide a valid credit card or bank account for automated payment deductions. This is done securely, and we will never see your card/account details (only the last four digits are visible to us). 
If we are unable to provide your service on a scheduled day, or if you need to skip a service, you will not be charged for that week. You will only be charged for services provided.
The cost of your service will be the same each time - no surprise charges!
Delivery charges will be added to subscription fee if pick-up/delivery is requested.
Additional charges for sensitive detergent/softener, and/or in-wash boost will be added to subscription fee if requested.
NDIS clients will be charged the hourly rate as per current Price Guide.
This price will be the same each week (or fortnight) if you choose a subscription service.
